About The Position

As a Security Officer Dispatch Communications Security Clearance in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatcher supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will coordinate communications, monitor alarms and access activity, and dispatch personnel to security-related incidents. Requirements

Possess an active DoD Top Secret Clearance.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
Monitor incoming communications, alarms, and service requests; dispatch appropriate personnel and/or resources according to site procedures.
Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and activity reports, escalating critical information to site leadership and appropriate contacts.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating communications with on-site personnel and emergency responders as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, supporting awareness of unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access.
