About The Position

As a Security Officer Dispatch Communications in Riverside, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Dispatch Officer supporting a government transportation location, you will coordinate communications, document incidents, and relay critical information to field personnel and stakeholders. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, transportation personnel, and/or agency staff by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related dispatch protocols.
Monitor communication systems, receive and prioritize calls for service, and dispatch appropriate personnel in accordance with established procedures.
Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and communication activity reports while protecting confidential information.
Respond to incidents, service disruptions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as directed.
Monitor assigned facilities and transportation-related locations through available systems and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations.
