Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and other communication systems to receive calls for service and coordinate security-related responses across the location.
• Document incidents, maintenance concerns, and unusual activity in a timely manner, and communicate updates to site contacts, field personnel, and/or leadership as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to support timely communication and resource coordination.
• Conduct regular and random patrol support through remote monitoring and dispatch oversight, helping to identify issues around the business and perimeter as working environments and conditions vary by location.
