Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will bring a caring, reliable approach, work as part of a team, and act with integrity while supporting daily operations.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, parking areas, trailer yards, warehouse floors, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit points for employees, visitors, and delivery personnel, and support badge checks, visitor processing, and/or vehicle documentation review as directed by site policies.
• Document incidents, unusual activity, and/or maintenance concerns, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
