Requirements

  • Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, credential verification, and other security-related policies.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, help to control authorized access to the location, and document visitor activity, deliveries, and/or vendor arrivals according to post instructions.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
  • Assist with screening procedures, badge checks, and identity confirmation to help support an orderly environment at the location.
  • Maintain accurate logs, reports, and records related to access activity, unusual events, and other security-related concerns observed during the shift.
