About The Position

DSI Security Services is hiring Security Officers in Your Location. This position is concierge focused and requires a strong customer service mindset, professionalism, and the ability to communicate effectively while serving as a visible and approachable presence on site. As a Security Officer, you will help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients, their employees, and the public.

Requirements

Minimum 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation and means of communication
Basic to intermediate computer skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
Ability to conduct routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all weather conditions
Must meet all pre-employment requirements

Nice To Haves

Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and secure environment through visible presence and routine patrols
Observe, report, and respond to hazards, incidents, and suspicious activity
Follow DSI policies, client requirements, and post-specific instructions
Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public
Provide concierge-style service, assisting visitors and employees as needed
Complete required reports and documentation accurately and timely
Utilize basic to intermediate computer systems for access control, reporting, and communication
Participate in training and comply with DSI safety procedures and manuals
