As a Security Officer Armed Concierge in Boca Raton, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Requirements

  • Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Monitor access at the front desk, assist with visitor check-in processes, and help to document arrivals, departures, and/or other front desk activity in accordance with site procedures.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, reporting concerns and/or unusual activity through appropriate channels.
  • Answer questions, provide directions, and support a professional front desk presence while helping to address security-related concerns at the location.
