About The Position

As a Security Officer Concierge in Lincoln, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will be the welcoming first point of contact, helping to manage access, support visitors, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism and care. This role offers the chance to deliver outstanding customer service while using teamwork, integrity, and a reliable approach to support daily operations in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and front desk-related security-related tasks for a commercial real estate location.
  • Monitor lobby and reception area activity, verify visitor credentials, issue access badges when appropriate, and document arrivals, departures, and/or unusual activity in accordance with site policies.
  • Respond to incidents, inquiries, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns and/or contacting appropriate personnel when needed.
  • Answer phones, greet guests, and support building operations by communicating clearly with tenants, vendors, and/or property management regarding site procedures and visitor access.
  • Maintain detailed logs and reports related to incidents, deliveries, visitor management, and other front desk security-related responsibilities.
