About The Position

As a Security Officer - Community Rounds Driver in North Las Vegas, NV, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, support access control, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related issues. This is a driving post, so you will use a company or assigned vehicle to respond to needs across the location. Bring strong communication and a people-first mindset as you deliver reliable service through teamwork and integrity.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Applicants must be 21+ years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
