As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Nashville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. Deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity, teamwork, and the agile, reliable approach that defines Allied Universal.

Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to residents, visitors, tenants, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential community buildings, common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and potential hazards.
  • Respond to incidents, resident concerns, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
  • Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
  • Complete required patrol logs, incident reports, and daily activity documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
