Requirements

  • Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
  • Must have 1+ years of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
  • Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and/or other communication systems to receive calls for service, prioritize incidents, and dispatch personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Document incidents, service requests, visitor activity, and/or unusual conditions in dispatch logs and reports, sharing timely updates with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
  • Coordinate responses to incidents, critical situations, and after-hours issues by relaying information to appropriate personnel, first responders, and/or building contacts.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed to support dispatch operations, noting maintenance concerns, access issues, and other security-related conditions.
