As a Security Officer Bilingual Spanish Reception in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will greet visitors, manage access, monitor activity at the entrance, and support security-related operations with professionalism and care. Requirements

  • Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Be able to speak, read, and write Spanish fluently.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Monitor lobby and reception areas, manage visitor check-in and access processes, and communicate with building personnel regarding authorized entry and site activity.
  • Answer phones, greet guests, and provide directions and general assistance in a professional manner consistent with a commercial office location.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts.
  • Support access control and badge verification processes, help to deter unauthorized entry, and maintain awareness of activity at the front desk and surrounding entrance area.
