Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
This position is primarily a driving post.
CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an industrial location.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
Document incoming and outgoing visitors, contractors, and deliveries, and report unusual activity, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following post orders and client-directed protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to identify potential security-related concerns and support orderly operations.
