As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a leading automotive location, you will be the first point of contact, welcoming visitors and assisting employees while monitoring access. You will help to deter security-related incidents through your presence and provide exceptional customer service. Requirements

Must have 5 or more years of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
A valid guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors, employees, and/or vendors in a professional manner while monitoring access to the location.
Perform security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies at the front desk.
Assist with visitor registration and issue visitor badges as required by site protocols.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Monitor and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns observed at the front desk area.
Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and guiding individuals as needed.
Support emergency response activities according to Allied Universal and client procedures.
