As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will be the first point of contact, greeting visitors and assisting employees while maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist employees, visitors, and contractors at the front desk, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional presence.
• Monitor access to the facility by verifying identification and/or credentials, following site-specific policies and procedures.
• Maintain visitor and contractor logs, issuing badges and tracking entry and exit as required by site protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures for the location.
• Communicate promptly with site management and Allied Universal regarding security-related concerns, incidents, or unusual activities.
• Support site operations by answering phones, responding to inquiries, and providing information as needed.
• Assist with security-related administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and maintaining records, as directed by site leadership.
