As a Front Desk professional with Allied Universal at a prominent financial institution location, you will be the first point of contact, greeting and assisting visitors while managing access and supporting security-related protocols. You will help to deter incidents through your presence, deliver outstanding customer service, and communicate clearly with all guests and staff. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
  • Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials and managing visitor logs.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
  • Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including alerting the necessary personnel and facilitating communication.
  • Help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity by maintaining a visible and attentive presence at the front desk.
  • Document and report security-related incidents and/or unusual activities according to site procedures to Allied Universal management.
