Job Description As a Security Officer - Front Desk Concierge in O Fallon, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, helping to deter security-related incidents through your presence and professionalism. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a financial institution.
  • Monitor access to the facility, verifying identification and managing visitor and employee entry in accordance with established protocols.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as needed to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, visitor logs, and incident reports as required by site policies.
  • Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, following established procedures and communicating with Allied Universal management and/or site contacts as necessary.
  • Support a welcoming and professional environment at the front desk, helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior through attentive presence and adherence to protocols.
