Requirements

Valid Driver's License
21+ years of age
Have ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical exam
Ability to obtain AOA badge (Federal Background Check in ordinance with DOT requirements)
Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with supervisors and/or public agency personnel as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and/or credentialed access points, verifying authorized entry and reporting unusual behavior, unattended items, and/or policy violations.
Support location operations by assisting travelers, visitors, and staff with directions and general information while maintaining awareness of security-related conditions and reporting hazards and/or maintenance concerns.
