About The Position

As a Security Officer Access Systems in San Francisco, California, you will serve and safeguard clients at a dynamic entertainment location. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, manage access as needed, and provide professional customer service and communication. The role calls for integrity, teamwork, and a people-first mindset. This is a full-time position paying $30.40 per hour. The scheduled shifts are Thursday through Sunday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21 or older for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
Have a valid driver’s license if applying for a driving position.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification.
Comfort using a computer or tablet.
A Guard Card or license.
Customer service experience.
Access control or badge experience.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter.
Monitor assigned areas, maintain a visible presence, and manage access as needed.
