Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor documentation, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas in accordance with site protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related events and communicating observations to site leadership when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, and access points, noting unusual activity, equipment concerns, and/or policy violations within the location.
• Support shipping, receiving, and visitor management processes by maintaining accurate logs, providing directions, and following security-related procedures for deliveries, vendors, and/or contractors.
