About The Position

As a Security Officer Access Screening in Brighton, Colorado, you will serve and safeguard clients across a range of industries. This unarmed patrol role involves monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and providing customer service and communication. You will support a professional environment through routine observations, reporting, and teamwork. The position is part-time and pays $23.50 per hour. The scheduled shifts are Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Submit to a background investigation, as a condition of employment and in accordance with applicable law.
• Submit to a drug screen, as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
• Have a valid driver’s license only if applying for a driving position.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter.
• Maintain a visible security presence to help deter security-related incidents.
• Support a professional environment through routine observations, reporting, and teamwork.
