Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, badge verification, and other security-related policies at the location.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, confirm credentials and/or visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to production, warehouse, and other restricted areas.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns, unusual activity, and/or policy violations according to site procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, parking areas, and loading or receiving zones, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.
  • Support truck, vendor, and delivery access processes by checking identification, maintaining visitor and vehicle logs, and communicating clearly with site personnel regarding entry requirements and/or restricted access needs.
