About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Security Officer Access Control in Fulton, Missouri, to serve and safeguard clients at a logistics and distribution location. The role involves maintaining a visible security presence, providing customer service to employees and visitors, and using computer or tablet systems to support daily operations. The scheduled shifts are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The pay rate is $16.28 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements applicable under state or local laws and regulations; licensing may be required before employment.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
Monitor access by checking credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and directing authorized personnel to appropriate areas.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, follow site-specific procedures, and notify appropriate personnel.
Complete detailed reports, maintain activity logs, and communicate observations, incidents, and security concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
