About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a site in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. The position emphasizes customer service and building connections with people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. Officers welcome and assist visitors, manage access control, patrol the site, respond to incidents, and help protect people and property. Multiple full-time shift schedules are available, including second- and third-shift options. The hourly wage is $20. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Be proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state license if required.
• Successfully complete a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
