Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, credential checks, and security-related policies at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorization for personnel and/or vehicles, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas, production spaces, and perimeter gates.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, access control concerns, and/or conditions that may require follow-up.
• Support visitor processing, key and/or badge accountability, and security-related reporting for deliveries, contractors, and employees while following post orders and site procedures.
