Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and/or emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, issue visitor credentials, and maintain visitor and delivery records in accordance with site procedures.
Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels.
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including perimeter access points, employee entrances, loading areas, and parking locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access control systems and report damaged doors, gates, badges, or other security-related equipment to site leadership.
