About The Position
The Security Guard will patrol the hotel to ensure the safety of guests, associates, and property around the clock. This role involves enforcing hotel policies with a courteous but firm approach, responding quickly to emergencies and security requests, monitoring entrances and personnel access, and writing clear, detailed reports of activities each shift.
Requirements
- 2+ years of loss prevention or security experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR, First Aid, and TIPS certifications
- Physical mobility and strength
- Professional and approachable demeanor
Responsibilities
- Patrol the hotel to ensure the safety of guests, associates, and property around the clock.
- Enforce hotel policies with a courteous but firm approach.
- Respond quickly to emergencies and security requests, staying calm under pressure.
- Monitor entrances, package deliveries, and personnel access to keep things secure.
- Write clear, detailed reports of your activities each shift to keep the team informed.
