About The Position

As a Security Guard Full Time Driver Patrol in Kansas City, Missouri, you will serve and safeguard clients at an industrial location. You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment for employees and visitors. The role includes providing customer service, communicating clearly, and responding professionally to security-related concerns. The position is full-time and pays $20.00 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
State and/or local licensing requirements may apply and may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an industrial engineering location by following site-specific security procedures and carrying out emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to identify unusual conditions and deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed by site policy, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; communicate observations to site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs in accordance with company and site requirements.
