Security Guard Full Time - Day Shift Hours

About The Position

As a full-time Security Guard in Marshall, Missouri, you will serve and safeguard clients at a food and beverage production location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and operations. The role involves professional communication, documenting security-related activity, and providing customer service. The scheduled hours are Monday and Tuesday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, and Wednesday and Thursday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM. The pay rate is $17.00 per hour. The position is unarmed.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and perform emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond calmly to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations, following established site procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and observe facility activity, reporting unusual conditions, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with company and site requirements.
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and others at the facility.
