About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer to support a manufacturing and industrial location in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The role involves conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitoring assigned areas, and providing professional customer service and clear communication. The posted schedule is Saturdays and Sundays from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The pay rate is $17.48 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Undergo a background investigation, subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Undergo a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
Have a valid driver’s license only if assigned to a driving position.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers by carrying out security procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, communicating observations and concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, access points, and the property perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
Monitor access by verifying visitor and contractor authorization, maintaining required logs, and following procedures for deliveries and vehicle traffic.
Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, patrols, access activity, and other security-related observations in accordance with applicable procedures.
