About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring an entry-level Surveillance Security Guard in Sturtevant, Wisconsin. The role involves monitoring surveillance systems and screens to identify threats before they escalate, documenting events, responding to incidents, patrolling the premises, controlling access, and helping protect people and property. The position offers several full-time shift schedules and pays $18.85 per hour. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on passing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended. Eligible new hires who already hold an active Wisconsin security license verified through DSPS may receive a $250 gross incentive after 180 days of employment in good standing. The incentive is subject to taxes and withholdings, and additional eligibility requirements may apply. Requirements

Be authorized to work in the United States.
