About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Patrol Driver to serve and safeguard clients at an aerospace and defense construction location in Honolulu, Hawaii. The role involves routine patrols, maintaining a visible security presence, providing customer service, and communicating with site representatives. Because this is a driving position, applicants must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements, including holding a valid driver's license. The schedule is Wednesday and Saturday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The pay rate is $29.00 per hour.

Requirements

A valid driver's license meeting Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply prior to employment, depending on state or local laws and regulations.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random patrols of construction areas, access points, perimeter boundaries, parking areas, and temporary facilities to identify unusual conditions and deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor and control access for authorized personnel, deliveries, vehicles, and contractors in accordance with site requirements.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts or emergency services as directed.
Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and access records, and communicate professionally with Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
