About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time overnight Security Guard in Lone Tree, Colorado, to serve and safeguard clients at a financial institution. The role involves maintaining a visible security presence, patrolling assigned areas, supporting access control, and providing customer service and clear communication while responding to security concerns. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The pay rate is $21.56 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and may be required before employment.
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification.
Comfort using a computer or tablet.
CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following established site protocols.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, entry points, parking areas, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and document relevant observations and incidents.
Complete activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications in accordance with company and site-specific requirements.
