About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer to monitor security systems and identify threats before they escalate. The role involves observing screens and activity across settings such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. The position is based in Tucson, Arizona, with a set schedule of 3 p.m.–11 p.m. Wednesday, 6 p.m.–12 a.m. Friday, 6 p.m.–2 a.m. Saturday, and 6 p.m.–6 a.m. Sunday. The hourly wage is $18–$20. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
