About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time unarmed Security Guard for a technology-focused location in Hebron, Kentucky. The role involves serving and safeguarding clients, employees, visitors, and vendors while helping maintain a welcoming and secure environment. The officer conducts routine patrols, monitors access points, responds to security concerns, and communicates professionally with site personnel and management. The position pays $18.25 per hour and is scheduled from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and security policies.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office spaces, common areas, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter.
Monitor access points and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations while following established emergency response activities.
Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications for Allied Universal and site management.
