About The Position

The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining all aspects of physical security of the facility. To provide and maintain a high level of protection of the building, assets, and staff. This includes managing all traffic in and out of premises and reporting to Management any threats to security. Schedule: Monday & Tuesday 5:00am-2:30pm

Requirements

Knowledge and understanding of Physical Security requirements per company security policy and PCI CPP standards.
Access Control Systems and CCTV Camera monitoring.
Security and safety fundamentals.
Comprehensive understanding of Security and how it relates to the High Security Area (HSA).
Basic Computer knowledge (E-mails, MS Office)
Proven time management and complex non-routine decision-making skills and experience.
Professional business communication and interpersonal skills.
Individual must be able to work with limited supervision and manage time effectively.
Comply with all security policies and procedures, maintain good working attendance.
High School education or higher

Nice To Haves

Previous Law Enforcement, private sector security, or investigative experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Disable alarm system upon opening facility for business.
Occupy Security Control room during all working shifts in production area (HSA).
Enforcement of Company Security Policies and Procedures.
Perform perimetral patrol once a day.
Management of visitors in and out of facility.
Management of deliveries and shipments, enforcing all mandatory security protocols in place.
Daily observation via CCTV and access control system of movement and activity in the facility.
Promptly report to Management any suspected violations of Company Security policies.
Respond to any alarms by notifying the proper authorities.
Maintain logs including but not limited to access control badges, deliveries, and incident reports.
