About The Position
Patrol the hotel to ensure the safety of guests, associates, and property around the clock. Enforce hotel policies with a courteous but firm approach—professionalism is key. Respond quickly to emergencies and security requests, staying calm under pressure. Monitor entrances, package deliveries, and personnel access to keep things secure. Write clear, detailed reports of your activities each shift to keep the team informed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of loss prevention or security experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR, First Aid, and TIPS certifications
- Physical mobility and strength
- Professional and approachable demeanor
