About The Position

As a Security Guard at New York Hilton Midtown, you help maintain guest and facility safety while delivering memorable hospitality experiences. The role monitors life-safety and emergency systems, coordinates security responses, maintains records, and manages the distribution and tracking of guest-room and facility keys. The position is temporary.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security and emergency systems to support a quick response to potential safety threats or emergencies.
• Answer calls and guest inquiries, respond as needed, and dispatch Security Officers.
• Maintain accurate records of guest inquiries, incidents, and security reports.
• Oversee the issuing and tracking of guest-room and facility keys.
