About The Position

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and well-stocked guest rooms at New York Hilton Midtown while delivering memorable, courteous hospitality. The position includes cleaning and tidying assigned rooms, replenishing linens and amenities, maintaining housekeeping supplies, responding to guest requests, and disposing of trash and recyclables. Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep-cleaning tasks as needed.
• Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials as needed.
• Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas.
