Shifts are based on operational needs, providing an opportunity to gain experience, stay active, and potentially grow into a full-time role within GardaWorld. The position is on-call, with day and overnight shifts available.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Valid security license.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Strong report writing skills and attention to detail.
• Good vision and ability to stay focused and alert for extended periods.
• Comfortable using technology and security-related tools/systems.

Nice To Haves

• First Aid/CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
