As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. Requirements

Have at least one year of security-related experience.
Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a government location.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or policy violations.
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, verifying credentials and directing individuals to appropriate locations as needed.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency responders as required.
Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while communicating observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
