About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Guard for a customer-facing concierge post. The role emphasizes customer service and building connections with people. Guards welcome visitors, verify identities, guide guests, manage access, patrol for risks, and help protect people and property. The position also involves creating badges for customer employees, vendors, and guests; answering questions in person or by phone; reporting incidents and security concerns; and responding to incidents, including providing first aid and coordinating with emergency teams.

Candidates must be computer literate, able to type, and able to learn new programs. Prior security experience is not required. Multiple shifts are available, with no overnight shifts. The posting describes the job as part-time and offers an hourly wage of $18.00.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Be able to type and learn new programs.
• Hold a state license if required.
• Be able to walk and/or stand for long periods.

Nice To Haves

• Prior badging experience is a plus.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities
