About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a site in Los Angeles, California. The role focuses on observing security systems and premises, identifying potential threats, and helping protect people and property. The schedule is full-time: Friday through Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., and Monday and Tuesday, 3:30 p.m. to midnight. The hourly wage is $22. A uniform is provided at no cost. The officer monitors security systems, documents incidents, responds to potential threats, patrols the premises, controls access, and coordinates with law enforcement during serious situations or emergencies. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States, provide evidence of a high school diploma or GED, and hold a California BSIS Guard Card and additional 32-hour BSIS security training; additional training may be obtained during the hiring process. Strong report writing, eyesight, focus, and technology skills are also required. Security, military, or law enforcement experience is advantageous.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.

• Hold a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32-hour BSIS security training; additional security training may be obtained during the hiring process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have good eyesight and excellent ability to maintain focus.
