Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer at a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, and provide courteous service to patients, visitors, and staff. This driving role requires a valid driver’s license. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
At least one year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of laboratory, office, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, unsecured access points, and facility concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with directions and maintaining a professional presence.
Complete required incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
