About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Officer Part Time Patrol Driver in Mobile, Alabama. The role serves and safeguards clients at a transportation location by maintaining a visible security presence, conducting vehicle patrols, reporting observations, responding to incidents, and providing customer service and communication. The work environment and conditions may vary by client site. Employees may use the Claim a Shift platform to view and claim additional shifts.

Requirements

• A TSA-issued TWIC is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable law.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations using a problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random vehicle patrols around the business location and its perimeter.
• Maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents.
• Report observations and provide clear communication.
