As a Security Guard Visitor Registration in Fayetteville, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a food and beverage location, you will manage entry points, verify credentials, support badge access processes, and monitor security-related activity. You will remain visible to help deter incidents while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and drivers by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor access, and maintain accurate access-related records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, facility areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or access-control concerns.
• Support a professional, orderly environment by communicating clearly with site personnel and following Allied Universal and client security-related procedures.
