As a Security Guard Unarmed Patrol Driver Badge Management in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government transportation location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and provide exceptional customer service. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a transportation facility.
Conduct regular and random patrols of station areas, platforms, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or potential concerns.
Monitor access points and assist with maintaining controlled entry procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations as required.
Prepare accurate activity and incident reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency responders.
