As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Badge Verification in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a government transportation location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Access control/badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at transportation facilities.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of stations, platforms, surrounding grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy violations.
  • Monitor access points and observe passenger and visitor activity, reporting suspicious behavior, unattended property, and/or unauthorized access to the appropriate personnel.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
  • Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, patrol activities, and security-related observations in accordance with site procedures.
