Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities appropriate for a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, offices, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify suspicious activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vendor movement to help support authorized entry procedures and report irregularities according to site guidelines.
• Assist with security-related reporting, incident logs, and shift activity updates while maintaining a professional presence and supporting daily operations at the location.
