As a Security Guard Unarmed Incident Response Patrol Driver in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct vehicle and foot patrols, monitor assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns. This driving post requires meeting company driver policy requirements. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to an agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • At least one year of security-related experience is required.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to guests, employees, vendors, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
  • Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter.
  • Monitor for unauthorized access, suspicious activity, policy violations, and potential hazards, and report concerns according to established procedures.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.
  • Assist with access control, crowd management, and emergency response activities as directed.
